Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order once received and let us know if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the incorrect item. Miamiroots.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Exchanges and Refunds

You have 14 days from the day you receive your purchase to make exchanges or returns.

The fastest way to make sure you get the intended item is to return the original item you received. You can then purchase the correct item. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive refunds on original order if it falls under our refund policy and is approved.

Once we receive the returned item(s) and complete inspection for any damages, we will let you know if the refund is approved or not. If your refund is approved, you will be refunded your original payment. Please remember to allow up to 5 business days for any approved refunds to post to your bank account or credit card.
